A leisurely start

Civilised hours this morning. We gathered at 10:20 am to go on the train to a very entertaining Sumo Wrestling display by two retired Sumo Wrestlers who played for the crowd very well.

Afterwards we had another traditional Japanese lunch - a hotpot and a pork “schnitzel” and had the opportunity to hear more about our wrestlers. The one on the left is now in the construction industry and the one on the right is a pharmacist. If you think he looks a bit familiar, he was in the Mitsubishi advert a while ago.

Then we were off again to see a Buddist Shrine and a Shinto shrine with a market area mixed in.

Very tired legs and feet tonight

We bought some bread and cheese for dinner tonight instead of going out.
