Last day of the road trip!

Got petrol on the way out of town and the guys washed off some of the bugs from the windscreen

Drove the long way around the Snaefels area. Abundant spectacular scenery (again) and some different clouds.

And then we were on our way back to Reykjavik for our last 2 nights - same hotel and even the same rooms! On the way we could see where the eruption was forming a few clouds but apparently there is no change to flights so we should get away ok on Friday.
