We nearly had a heart attack!

Not a good start to travel day - woke up to a text from Qantas saying they had cancelled our flight!

It transpired that they had only cancelled the Melbourne Perth leg but they put us on an earlier flight so we're waiting to board in half an hour. Phew!

Earlier in the week we had heard from them that they had changed the Singapore Melbourne leg of our trip home. They surpassed themselves with this one. Scheduled us on a flight that left Singapore before we had left from London!!!

The (lack of) service desk person didn't seem to understand that this was not only unacceptable, it was impossible. Eventually we got her to cancel our flight from Glasgow to London and to move us to the London Perth Melbourne flight which we prefer anyway. We then booked Glasgow to London ourselves the night before and a hotel at the airport all on points.
